Refund Policy

TYCIA Foundation accepts donations in good faith to support its charitable work. If you have made an error in making your donation, we will consider refund requests if made within 48 hours of the transaction.

To request a refund:

Please contact us at support@1000andyou.org with your donation details including:

• Date of donation
• Amount
• Transaction ID
• Reason for refund

All approved refunds will be made via the original payment method.
